Pros
Technical support, MIC trainers, and customer service are spectacular which the customers greatly appreciate. Training is robust and thorough. If you are new in this space it is a good place to learn the ropes but be prepared to deal with never-ending challenges. You will learn to juggle 1000 initiatives at once that are all high priority.
Cons
Awful culture, employee retention is non existent, benefits lack, maternity policy is cruel, virtually zero diversity, excessive micromanagement from all levels, base compensation is off by tens of thousands when compared to other companies in the same space, earning commission is challenging due to the perpetual backorders or allocations, employees are not valued, very little opportunity for career growth, external hires brought in vs promoted from within- very much a "good ol boys club", two of the three sales directors resigned within the last quarter, VP is explosive and condescending, overall uninspiring. Unless this is your first rodeo in lab.... RUN!
