minimal communication from leaders. kill or be killed type of culture. lack of empathy from leaders. do not expect performance reviews or pay raises, because they do not bother for those who are not directors. they play favorites

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
