Pros

Nice residents and free food leftovers.

Cons

No room to move up, bad management (ill tempered, condescending, absent, fake), kept trying to schedule me during classes, high turnover, didn't like it when you got sick and needed time off (because you working > resident safety), suspected drug usage, no benefits, and usually understaffed.

Pros

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

In my 3 years with them I have yet to find Cons

Great residents and good co-workers

Cons

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
