Pros
There aren't any. If there were a no star selection I would chose it.
Cons
I will admit I had the opportunity mostly in part from family connection between mine and the owner. I quickly realized no one matters. People are always frustrated that the CEO and management staff are never there or focusing on the training and quality of its employees. It is more who you know and how the CEO can reap the benefit of the status quo. The CEO really is a let down and it was unfortunate to share that with my parents who thought high of him and we're confident my training and experience would be bountiful. Management only cares about social climbing not the care of patients. If people google the CEO they will find that he has faced criminal matters to failed care and others in his management team are guilty of domestic violence. Most I knew nothing about until my hiring manager filled us in throughout our orientation.
