Pros

Not one good reason to work for Meridian. Stay away, call you to come into work then promise to give gift cards and don't give to you, no direct deposit, terrible vacation plan, no training.

Cons

unprofessional, dirty building, never enough staff, low pay, crooked, don't care about the residents or staff, did I say yo stay away? Stay far away!!! Better off working at McDonalds.

Pros

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

Great residents and good co-workers

Cons

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
