Pros
The atmosphere here is very caring and relaxed, meaning that there is less stress and criticism than I've experienced elsewhere. The caregivers are warm and friendly and really show the residents that they care. That has to start from the top management, flow through the other managers and to those they supervise and it does. Everyone is always working to improve what they can and make this community a great place for our residents.
Cons
There is not enough storage so sometimes what you need is scattered around in various places.
