Pros

Absolutely none! Residents are mistreated, staff is mistreated. When corporate is in the building all managers become absolutely fake! They do not care for these residents!!!

Cons

ED is power hungry and also is only present with the residents when corporate is in the building or a photo opp is available. Nurse is so lazy and says inappropriate comments to residents and staff. No one answers the phone when you call HR to file a complaint.

Pros

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

Great residents and good co-workers

Cons

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
