Meridian offers benefits to the employees and wants quality care for their residents. They work with you for days off needed for personal needs. They also offer tuition reimbursement.

Cons

As a caregiver the job can be physically demanding especially when dealing with heavier residents.

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
