Worst company to work for. - Business Manager Meridian Senior Living Employee Review

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

In my 3 years with them I have yet to find Cons

Great residents and good co-workers

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
