Horrible company - Executive Director Meridian Senior Living Employee Review

They don't pay their bills. Water shut off notice left on front door of community. They do not give you enough staff to take care of the residents. Regional leadership is a joke. They but old horrible buildings and don't put enough upgrades in them. Constantly had to pay for things myself so that residents did not do without. Only concerned about investors, not concerned with running a good company that puts residents first. They talk about a "wow" culture and expect buildings to do it but the company doesn't do it. Worst communication ever between the corporate office and the buildings.
