It is a growing company that will give opportunities for advancement.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, but not investing in enough regional managers and corporate support staff for its communities. If you are the Executive Director, be prepared to feel as if you are on an island by yourself.

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
