Pros
Some of the facilities are appear nice when first acquired from other providers until maintenance and upkeep is cut in order to save money and they fall in to disrepair.
Cons
Poor benefits, poor pay, growing to fast through acquisition to provide support and systems training needed by staff, staff at bear State minimum regardless of acuity. The tend to hire Administrators with no college education, micromanagement them and then pay them very little. They have no RN's or LPN's on facility staff. In NC, worker having watched a few tapes and signed off on one med pass by an outside RN pass all meds in the building.
