Meridian acquired our company at the end of 2023 and I will say it has been nothing but positive. They truly embraced us and offered a multitude of resources to help us better serve our residents, families, and our staff. They are very big on culture and focusing on providing a memorable experience for everyone. If you want a company that wants you to succeed, offers you support, and acknowledges the small and large success, then Meridian is for you!

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
