Pros

Everyone Deserves a Better Life. Helping Family's and Sales Managers.

Cons

This is a terrible company from the top of the pyrimid to the bottom. This company is broke. I had no money for my building. There is no support and no one cares to get involved until your census is low. We got no praise when we were full but as soon as we drop 3 people we are getting phone calls. There is no employee appreciation. This company hires anyone. The dumbest people are in the highest position. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY. When you're hired they feed you a load of lies.

Pros

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
