Pros

Community staff take challenges head on and do so with grace. Longevity front line staff. "Homey" atmosphere. I've been here for 14 years and can't wait be here 14 more.

1/3 of management team is new but committed to building a united front to enhance the culture within the community.

Pros

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

Great residents and good co-workers

Cons

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
