It has been an absolute pleasure to join this team. From the moment I arrived, I’ve felt incredibly welcomed by both the staff and the residents. It's not often in healthcare that you experience such a strong sense of camaraderie, where colleagues are not only dedicated to their work but are also quick to help each other out. I feel so fortunate to be part of a team that values collaboration and mutual support.

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
