Pros

Great residents some good staff

Cons

No request days off. Always under staffed. When needing days off you have to find your own coverage which no one does especially when your third shift. I'm overworked and can't get the days off when needed due to no one wants to cover shift. Some residents are beyond scope of care

Pros

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

Great residents and good co-workers

Cons

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
