Pros

Location was convenient. The residents were awesome as well as staff, but lack of leadership and ability to make decisions was broke.

Cons

No leadership, mismanagement, no support from leadership. In ability to foster morale, beyond their WOW prigram. The company is broke and has grown too fast with no plan.

Pros

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

In my 3 years with them I have yet to find Cons

Great residents and good co-workers

Cons

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
