Meridian is amongst the top senior housing companies to be a part of. In the ever-challenging environment of caring for people, the senior leadership is supportive, understanding, motivating, and caring towards employees and residents. As you get to know them, you quickly discover they are genuine and caring, and value every person. In the business world, sometimes mission and value statements are meaningless, but not at Meridian. Senior leadership embraces the mission and values, creating a wonderful culture.

Cons

I would like to see Meridian grow, expanding their footprint.

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
