Pros

Meridian Senior Living is truly a company that cares about their Employees. Their Management Team is very hands-on and will help other departments in any way they can to do what is best for the Community. Meridian Senior Living has outstanding Core Values and it shows by the way the employees are treated. They also prefer to promote from within the company so the opportunities to be promoted are always available.

Cons

Company contribution to the 401k program would be appreciated.

Pros

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

Great residents and good co-workers

The top management could be a lot better but my wellness manager was really good and would work with u but the company doesn’t care how much u work for them and have no good employee incentive
