I’m fortunate to work with a fun-loving team and an incredible group of residents. Every day, we come together to inspire one another to live full out—with purpose, passion, and joy. There’s truly no other job I’d rather do. As a Life Inspired Director, I get to do what I love most: connect with people and create meaningful experiences. My passion is people, and this role is the perfect blend of creativity and human connection. It’s a win-win. I’m also grateful for our supportive corporate team, who consistently reminds us of the importance of life-work balance. That said, this doesn’t feel like “work” to me—this is life. It’s family.
