Working as the Activities Director in Memory Care at The Meridian at Brandon has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I truly love the residents. Every day, I have the privilege of creating moments of joy, connection, and purpose for them. It's a role that requires creativity, compassion, and patience- but the smiles, laughter, and trust from the residents make it all worth it. What makes it even more meaningful is the company's Montessori Moments in Time memory care program that is in place. It values the emotional and social well-being of each resident. It also supports our efforts to engage residents in meaningful ways, honoring who they are and the lives they've lived. I'm very proud to be part of The Meridian Team.
