Pros

You’ll still be able to gain some valuable insight and experience, regardless of the horrible work conditions.

Cons

Long hours, awful pay, brutal workloads, and hostile managers. The work conditions here are nothing short of draconian! I’m constantly bullied into meeting unreasonable demands, and even if I try to refuse, I just end up being threatened!

My job is simple, I wipe stuff down, clean and restock bathrooms and i don't get bothered too much or any complaints

Pros

The projects were good, although junior designers barely had any voice or control over anything.

Cons

- Junior designers were constantly bullied, humiliated and intimidated by seniors while management completely ignored it! - Nobody cared, not even when an entire batch of new junior designers suddenly went awol and walked out! - Management even mocked and laughed at them afterward! - This company is absolutely disgusting and cannot be trusted at all!
