The products looked great, and the brand had a strong following. Unfortunately, that was the only thing worth admiring.

Cons

- Every shift was a mess, with no clear system or structure. - Furniture and materials were constantly misplaced, creating nonstop confusion. - Supervisors barked orders with no explanation, expecting blind obedience. - Long hours were forced on exhausted workers with little to no appreciation. - Safety concerns were ignored, making every task feel like a risk. - The tension between staff and supervisors was unbearable, with morale sinking lower each day.

The projects were good, although junior designers barely had any voice or control over anything.

Cons

- Junior designers were constantly bullied, humiliated and intimidated by seniors while management completely ignored it! - Nobody cared, not even when an entire batch of new junior designers suddenly went awol and walked out! - Management even mocked and laughed at them afterward! - This company is absolutely disgusting and cannot be trusted at all!
