Meredith is an evil CEO! Every word that comes out of her mouth are insults, curses, and everything abusive! Once she locks her attention to you, beware! Your work life will be a horrible nightmare!!

The projects were good, although junior designers barely had any voice or control over anything.

Cons

- Junior designers were constantly bullied, humiliated and intimidated by seniors while management completely ignored it! - Nobody cared, not even when an entire batch of new junior designers suddenly went awol and walked out! - Management even mocked and laughed at them afterward! - This company is absolutely disgusting and cannot be trusted at all!
