The team environment was unprofessional, cliquish, and riddled with gossip. Internal communication felt like high school drama, and leadership did nothing to curb it. New hires were thrown into the chaos with no structure, support, or guidance. People were publicly shamed for mistakes rather than exhausting place to work.

The projects were good, although junior designers barely had any voice or control over anything.

Cons

- Junior designers were constantly bullied, humiliated and intimidated by seniors while management completely ignored it! - Nobody cared, not even when an entire batch of new junior designers suddenly went awol and walked out! - Management even mocked and laughed at them afterward! - This company is absolutely disgusting and cannot be trusted at all!
