Free healthcare services. I eventually needed surgery and I was able to afford it by having it at Wesley. I also had free MRIs and CTs there.

Cons

Very hostile work environment caused by catty office gossip and bad attitudes from the front lines up to management.

Your coworkers are the best part of the job. Some unit managers are awesome to work for, but some are snakes in the grass.

Cons

Insurance and benefits are not great. You have to be sick for 3 days before you get to use your “sick”time. The first few days, they use your PTO hours. The administration is crooked and literally don’t care AT ALL about you. There is no holiday pay ever.
