Unhelpful staff and management. Unpunctual oncoming staff Private hospital (low pay and poor staffing, no supplies) You have to pull up your own flushed from a bag of fluids this is unsterile and causes infection. Then nursing staff is held responsible for increased infection rate. No techs/CNA or phlebotomist, so nurses are responsible for getting vitals, changing dirty patients, and drawing labs. No tube system, nurses must walk to lab and pharmacy. Staff is lazy and won’t help. No teamwork. When you go to management nothing is done.
