Co workers are helpful and friendly.

Cons

Promises are not kept. They tell you one thing when you are hired and it changes just to cover the floor elsewhere. Putting the nurse on a floor in which they have not oriented on.

Your coworkers are the best part of the job. Some unit managers are awesome to work for, but some are snakes in the grass.

Cons

Insurance and benefits are not great. You have to be sick for 3 days before you get to use your “sick”time. The first few days, they use your PTO hours. The administration is crooked and literally don’t care AT ALL about you. There is no holiday pay ever.
