      Not micro managing, they let you on site by yourself

      Cons

      Pour management. Manager turnover every couple of years. Changes to job requirements on the monthly. No support on site.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
