Kind work environment, helpful coworkers

Not many cons, it was an overall good environment

Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
