      I liked that I was remote and able to work from home.

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement. They refused to pay all hours of work and would also make certain Paid Holidays Magically Disappear unless asked where they went.

      Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

      Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
