Disappointed and Frustrated - Anonymous employee Meritage Homes Employee Review

Will pay you the least amount possible and expect you to take on more and more work until you are doing the job of several people, all with NO recognition, NO additional pay, NO appreciation, NO chance to move forward or grow in your career, and NO fun. Employee moral continues to decline. Some bosses treat favorite employees to lunch regularly, but most don't show ANY interest in their staff. HIGH turnover and loss of top talent due to these issues. Retention of high quality employees is a problem.
