Pros
Meritage Homes represents what it means to lead by example. The company prides itself in using cutting edge technology, and takes energy efficiency to a whole new level. This is why Meritage Homes is, for me, the home builder of choice. Homes have been built the same for many years, with very little advancements, except for here at Meritage. I have witnessed first hand brainstorming sessions on how the company can improve the industry as whole, to create better, healthier homes for families, and this Earth. Throughout my several years here I have witnessed career advancement, personally and around me. They have been nothing but loyal and accommodating to me and my family. There is a strong focus and push for work/life balance, which is a big deal. There is no doubt in my mind that as long as I give to the company, they will give back even more in return.
