Pros

This company is the land of opportunity for employees looking to build a career in home building. If you are willing to work hard and can consistently perform at a high level, you will be given every opportunity to grow with the company and rise up the ladder. Very performance-driven approach when it comes to opportunities for advancement. They pride themselves on promoting from within the organization. They are willing to listen to new ideas or strategies that can help achieve company goals. "Outside-the-box" thinking is encouraged. Strong set of core values that are demonstrated from the CEO, to each division across the nation. I have held 5 different job titles since 2008, which has allowed me to diversify my skill set and gain valuable experience in each aspect of home building. Very strong financially and will always remain in great position from a land and "lot count" perspective. Will always aggressively buy and develop raw land and provide a bright future for success!

Cons

Although the compensation is competitive with most home builders, they are not distinguished in this category. The corporate mind-set is to remain comparable with other home builders. This is smart from a company overhead standpoint and very common with a large, publicly traded company.

Pros

Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

Cons

Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

Pros

Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

Cons

High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
