Pros

Energy efficient product with good training at corporate level

Cons

The Nashville Market is a mess and promises made at hiring are not true! Employees are humiliated if they suggest changes, request more training or incite hair trigger temper of sales management. Training is haphazard to non existent in Nashville.

Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

Cons

Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

Cons

High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
