      **Great 'roll up your sleeves and get it done' mentality. **I feel appreciated for the work I do. **My opinion is not only asked for, it is expected. **Management is flexible with the time I need with my family events

      **Do to the lean teams, it can get overwhelming at times. **There is a 6 year vesting period for the 401K matching component.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
