Pros

None, insurance benefits would be the best reason, The turner over within the DFW region is rampant! Between upper and middle management, construction, and sales, you’ll always be one of the new guys trying to figure out how to function in your job. If your in Sales, stay away. Due to the high turnover in construction, homes are poorly built , rarely finished even close to schedule, high cancellations, lack of warranty, it’s difficult getting off draw because of the long period of time it takes to build. This company’s sales contract says that the buyer must close on the home when “substantially complete”. This means there is a long list that continues to grow as the construction team keeps turnin* over. Just look how long the homes have been in the community compared to the competition. They are outsold by large numbers. Pricing changes every weds. This wipes out your current contacts

Cons

Everything is a con! Massive turnover, poor pay! This is for the 2017-2018 periods,

Pros

Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

Cons

Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

Pros

Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

Cons

High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
