      Nothing to report here - unless high turnover is considered a pro - which I am sure executive leadership thinks this way

      Cons

      Micro managed from the corporate office. People in AZ have no understanding of local issues. Very inexperienced corporate staff that will not have any idea of how to support local operations.

      Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

      Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
