      Corporate side needs to take a step back. Lot's of silly things to put up with in sales.

      Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
