      Pros

      Paycheck, as long as you have your own community, many will try to pair you up which significantly reduces your earnings.

      Cons

      Think they have a superior product to others, not true, cut corners in construction, terrible quality trades, warranty is a joke. The complaints just keep coming and coming, look elsewhere!

      Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

      Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
