Cons
Management is absolutely terrible. They make you promises, and when you deliver, claim it's out of their control. They blame corporate for everything, but in reality, it's their VP who makes decisions. Promised a raise over a year and a half ago, and was told again three weeks ago, that we wouldn't be receiving raises again. Then found out that they gave raises to a few people. They "accidentally " sent cobra notices to employees they were going to layoff, then claimed they were sent in error. Two weeks later, laid them all off. Of course, worked them to the bone leading up to it as a chance for them to prove themselves. Fact is, our immediate manager told us their list two months ago of who was going. Of course the claim they are changing the culture, then eliminated most people who don't look like them, or don't suck up all day. Nobody is pumped up and we're all looking to leave. Don't waste your time here while these managers are here.
