      Job Stability is directly tied to the housing market, Prone to layoffs due to market conditions, High-stress closings, and hard deadlines, your phone never stops ringing at work, it is hard to take time off due to running the jobsites

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
