      I have worked at Meritage Homes for almost two years and have found that the leadership of the organization is thoughtful, kind, and always willing to adjust to improve. Plenty of opportunities for development and growth and a team that genuinely wants to be the best at everything they do. We win often and have a team that is fearless in its approach to handling a challenging market.

      I have always enjoyed working at Meritage Nashville and don't feel their is anything major to bring up regarding Cons.

      Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

      Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
