Pros
Decent benefits package, more paid holidays than most, affordable benefits. Some of the people are great.
Cons
A lot of unethical people who play politics and work within lies over truth and what's right. That includes HR who were the most inept group of people at any large company I've worked at before. Saw a lot of bad management and one person in particular who should have been canned for costing a lot of money on an avoidable mistake that someone with the tenure this person had should have saw coming and handled it differently. Things were covered up and fingers pointed over this large financial mistake. One person in particular lies whenever it suits her and because she's been there so long, she's gotten away with it for awhile. Poorly run ineffective meetings, and outdated approach to management in general.
