      Pros

      Family atmosphere, management cares, #1 great pay, corporate knows your name, your not just a number, tons of assistants, constant team building, community building, great coaching, I have worked for 2 of the top 10 builders and I highly recommend Meritage Homes. Not only do they care about the employees, but they deeply care about the families of the employees and the community.

      Cons

      Absolutely nothing! I have been with Meritage Homes for a little over a year and they are absolutely a company I KNOW I will retire from!!

      Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

      Cons

      Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
