      Pros

      Great place to work great company and great people I only left because there wasn’t opportunity for advancement in my role. Just goes to show that people stick around there.

      Cons

      The only pro would be the division between the corporate office and the division offices, which is hard to bridge with such a large company

      Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
