Pros
nobody knows what they are doing so you could get promoted quickly.
Cons
Run if you want to make money. Poor land positioning, not enough inventory on the ground, build time beyond 6 months, poor leadership. Atlanta office is a mess-you will not make money in sales. Period. "Thriving" communities average 2-3 sales per month...lack luster for new home sales.
