      Meritage is a phenomenal company to work for. They take pride in their people, their community, and are helpful in building a career, which enforces an awesome work culture and engaged employees.

      Cons

      There is definitely a busy season and a down season and the homebuilding industry is supply chain related so when the economy slows down, land, construction and sales, slows down as well.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
