      Orlando has a top notch Culture that is people first and invests in organically growing talent from within.

      Cons

      Because talent is grown from within, opportunity for specific roles are filled and unless they leave, there isn't an opportunity in the desired role.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
